Menzies will work with its clients to develop people management and development plans and implement employee leadership and management structures.
The HR consultancy is led by Ed Hussey (pictured), the company's HR director. Hussey who has over 20 years' HR experience, joined Menzies in 2008, having previously worked for BAA, Allianz Cornhill and Nelsons.
The launch is the latest step in developing Menzies' range of specialist services for owner-managed businesses.
