Positions available include outbound sales and customer service jobs, as well as internet sales roles to support the company's growing online business. A number of positions are also available in Kwik Fit Financial Services subsidiary, The Green Insurance Company, which offsets its customers' motoring carbon emissions.
Successful candidates will benefit from a thorough training programme, beginning with a six-week classroom induction, followed by eight weeks on the call-centre floor in the company's graduation bay, where they will be introduced to speaking to customers.
At the end of the training programme, new recruits are rewarded with a graduation ceremony hosted in the call centre, in which the 1,000-strong staff team takes part.
