HRMI 2021: Yetunde Hofmann, Founder and Director, Solaris Executive Leadership Development

Hofmann is the founder of SOLARIS, a pioneering global executive leadership programme targeted at the black woman executive and professional in organisations.

She is a non-executive director on the Board of Treatt plc, a global ingredients manufacturer with operations in the UK, USA, and China, and chairs their Remuneration Committee. She is a trustee of the Institute of Business Ethics (IBE). She is a visiting fellow at Henley Business School, a fellow of the Royal Society of Arts (FRSA) a TEDx Speaker, and a classical pianist.

She was a former non-executive director and chair of the People, Culture and Remuneration Committee of the CIPD, the board race champion, and the champion of the Middle East. In September 2021, she was awarded chartered companion status of the institute in recognition of her contribution to the HR Profession.

Hofmann is a board level executive leadership coach and mentor, global change, and inclusion expert, and is the managing director of Synchrony Development Consulting - an international leadership and change advisory practice and of The Enjoyable Life Series CIC - an organisation designed to enable people of all walks of life be empowered to live their lives more enjoyably.

Finally, she is the author of Beyond Engagement which provides practical insights into how love-based leadership can transform organisations.
