As a senior employment lawyer, I have considered what the new Flexible Working Bill could mean for my employer and employee clients - in particular, have the changes gone far enough?

The Employment Relations (Flexible Working) Bill received royal assent yesterday (20 July) granting employees across England, Scotland and Wales new powers when requesting flexible work arrangements.

Today (30 June), Tulip Siddiq, Labour MP for Hampstead and Kilburn, has proposed a new Bill to parliament that would give workers the right to flexible work.
