Siobhan Sheridan, chief people director, NSPCC

?Siobhan Sheridan is people director at the National Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Children (NSPCC) with responsibility for workforce of approximately 13k staff and volunteers.

Her previous career has spanned operational management and HR roles with Nat West, Capital One, Department for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs (DEFRA) and just prior to her role in the NSPCC, as HR director for Job Centre Plus. She has worked with businesses in a range of countries including the USA, France, Spain, Italy, Russia and South Africa.

Sheridan previously ran the global leadership development program for Capital One and was director of Capital One University Europe. Her MA is in coaching and mentoring and she has had many years of experience of coaching and developing a wide variety of senior leaders and executive teams.

She also sits as a volunteer on the Steering Group responsible for delivering Crisis at Christmas.
