Crowhurst joined Roche in September 2019, having previously led the People Experience Team at River Island, and prior to this had a lead role in the People & Performance team within Virgin.
In her role at Roche, Crowhurst is a leadership sponsor to the UK’s D&I ERG and plays an active role in the Reverse Mentoring programme.
Alongside her role as people & culture director, Crowhurst is also a trustee director for the Roche UK Healthcare and Pensions schemes, as well as having a role as a co-opted school governor for a primary school based in Sussex. She is a volunteer CIPD mentor, and a certified coach and workplace mediator.
Crowhurst is a chartered fellow CIPD, having achieved a master’s degree in Human Resources, as well as being a fellow member of the Learning & Performance Institute.
Crowhurst is a certified scrum master and is a practitioner in various psychometric assessment tools. She is also an accustomed HR conference speaker, and authors a blog with an emphasis on developing career confidence and success.
