Reeve joined the third sector seven years ago following a 15-year career across a range of roles and sectors including the NHS, financial services and most recently leading the HR function for the outsourcing arm of Kier.
Reeve has delivered sweeping change to the HR proposition at the MND Association, including changing the systems for pay and reward, and is currently supporting a project that will see the Association relocate to new offices and introduce more agile ways of working.
As chair of the Charity HR Network Reeve has expanded the role and reach of the network through strategic alliances with organisations such as the CIPD, the Institute of Fundraising and commercial partners. He is also a trustee and chair of the HR committee for OAK multi-academy trust in his home town of Leicester.
Reeve is a regular commentator on HR practice and the third sector.
