He has considerable experience in the not-for-profit sector having held people director posts at a number of leading large-scale charities such as:
- The Prince's Trust
- Children's Investment Fund Foundation
- The Fairtrade Foundation.
He has also held senior people posts at British Red Cross.
Dicker is on the taskforce of Engage for Success and the chair of the not-for-profit sector group. He is a chartered fellow of the CIPD.
