Mitie employs 49,000 people in the UK and Ireland and works in partnership with organisations to provide a wide range of services – from real estate and energy consultancy, compliance, risk assessment and security systems to cleaning, catering and environmental services. Mitie manages and maintains some of the nation's most recognised landmarks, high street buildings and even homes.
Prior to joining Mitie Davis was group HR director of itsu, where she led her team to win the ‘HR and L&D team of the year’ award and was also the overall winner of the CIPD People Management Awards 2017. She has also held a number of senior HR positions with Sainsbury’s, Santander and Accenture.
She has both lived and worked in Asia, spending two years in China studying the Chinese retail sector, and describes her passions as ‘turnarounds’ and ‘start-ups’.
Davis is a psychology graduate from University College London (UCL).
