Breeze is group HRD at Land Securities, the UK’s largest commercial property developer and a FTSE 100 company

As a strategic HRD and member of the executive committee Breeze led the board through a fundamental review of the organisation structure, which resulted in the redesign of the organisation at group and business unit level. Prior to her time at Sainsbury’s Breeze was a senior manager in the human capital practice of Accenture, and before this she worked in the UK food business of Danone, and in the John Lewis Partnership. Throughout her career she has gained extensive experience in organisational change, culture, reward strategy and talent.
