Before this she was the group HR director of Land Securities Group (Landsec) where she sat as a member of the executive committee and attended Investment, Remuneration and Nominations Committee meetings.
Prior to this she was director of HR (corporate) at Sainsbury’s, after a period in consulting with Accenture where she specialised in organisational design and development. She began her career on the graduate programme of the John Lewis Partnership.
Breeze was appointed as a non-executive board member of HM Land Registry in November 2017, where she also chaired the Remuneration Committee. She has also served as a trustee on the board of the UK Green Building Council.
Breeze holds a degree in modern history from the University of Oxford and a Master’s in industrial relations and personnel management from the London School of Economics. She is a chartered fellow of the CIPD.
She lives in Kingston-upon-Thames with her husband and three children (18,17 and 10). Her hobbies include playing the clarinet (somewhat rustily!), travelling and camping with her family.
