Veronica is now mainly known for her research on Trust and Trustworthy Leadership. She has published two reports during Covid, featuring over 100 interviews with CEOs, CFOs, CMOs and HRDs on their experience of leading through the first 2 years of the pandemic. These reports, titled ‘Responsible Business in Crisis – rebuilding cultures of trust’ (2020, 2021), were preceded by three similar reports on Trust in the wake of the financial crisis. All reports were published with the CIPD.
For the last 30 years Veronica has worked all over the world to deliver leadership development at the most senior levels in the private, public and third sector, and is currently in demand as a public speaker on the areas of trust, trustworthiness, and organisational change.
Veronica is associate faculty at the Forward Institute and has held trustee/NED roles on several boards. Also, as a mother of five daughters, and having been a senior leader herself, Veronica can’t help but champion the cause of women and leadership.
