HRMI 2022: Leila McKenzie-Delis, CEO, DIAL Global 

Leila McKenzie-Delis is the founder and CEO of DIAL Global, a community for diverse and inclusive leaders, founder of diversity and inclusion (D&I) charity McKenzie Delis Foundation and founder and advisor of The McKenzie-Delis Review on FTSE 500 CEO D&I. 

McKenzie-Delis hosts quarterly events including the DIAL Global Summit which brings together inspirational thought leaders from industry to accelerate positive change and look at the future trends surrounding critical societal issues around D&I, belonging and equity.  

A seasoned presenter and chair, she hosts the twice weekly DIAL Global podcast Diverse and Inclusive Leaders and spoken previously for a variety of companies including Barclays, KPMG, AstraZeneca, Cambridge Judge Business School, Accenture, Yahoo and Britvic. 

McKenzie-Delis' vision is one in which all are welcome to the boardroom in business and beyond and a world that harnesses the power of intersectionality and difference in moving the dial now and for future generations of leaders.
