In his role, Arhire is responsible for the people experience strategy, design and implementation based in the changing needs of the people and business, as well as leading a portfolio of HR transformation programmes and interventions to future proof the organisation and the HR service delivery.
In his spare time, Arhire Leads a community of senior HR professionals for the CIPD creating a space for debate, conversation and best practices, shaping the future of the profession and HR strategies.
He is a founding member of global hacking HR's experts' council ensuring HR and the people profession are well equipped to serve the needs of people and societies today as well as in the future.
He is a chartered of the CIPD and supports multiple communities focusing on HR and the future of work.
