Round started at Co-op in August 2021. She was previously HRVP talent, diversity and inclusion, leadership and learning at BP for eight years. Prior to that she was HRVP talent and learning BP upstream for two and a half years.
In the summer of 2021, she began her own consultancy, Round Coaching and Consulting, and in the spring, became a board trustee for the CIPD.
Sue Round ranked 36th in the HR Most Influential Practitioner list.
