Hale explores models of work for the post-COVID workplace, where the office is a hub for connecting, co-creating, and learning. She enjoys getting everyone involved in reimagining work and developing their organisation.
Hale has an eclectic and international background, including music, theatre, marketing, programme management, non-executive directorships, L&D, organisational and digital transformation, team coaching and facilitation, and business agaility and DevOps consultancy.
Hale is a champion of women in technology and a lead speaker on BT's TechWomen programme. She is a senior consultant with AWA, executive fellow at Henley Business School and a learning consultant for Ranger4.
