Giordano started his career in Procter & Gamble where he worked for 18 years in a variety of HR roles around the world. He also contributed to integrating P&G's large acquisitions like Wella and Gillette.
He joined BAT from Ferrero International, where he was chief corporate officer leading global HR, legal and IT.
