Cowper joined Harvey Nichols from luxury goods conglomerate LVMH, where she held the position of HR director, perfumes and cosmetics and was responsible for delivering a strategic, commercial and entrepreneurial HR service across six brands.
Prior to LVMH she held senior HR positions at food retailer Planet Organic and clothing outlet Fenn Wright Manson.
Cowper is the founder of a site for working mothers, WoMo Network.
