At News UK Derrick Crowley has introduced employee recognition and engagement programmes, performance and talent management processes and was central in helping to implement the company’s multi-million-pound investment in state-of-the-art print facilities.
He previously worked as a management consultant for accountancy firms Arthur Andersen and Deloitte, focusing on HR projects for clients including the BBC and BSkyB.
