Graeme Cook, group HR director, EnQuest

Now group HRD of oil and gas company EnQuest, Graeme Cook has over 20 years’ experience in both finance and HR leadership roles, spending his early career mainly with oilfield services provider Schlumberger in the UK, Africa, Middle East and Asia.

Cook returned to the UK as HR director for BG Group’s Mediterranean basin and Africa region and, prior to joining EnQuest in 2011, was group head of talent and leadership for Legal & General. He has a master’s in accountancy and economics from the University of Dundee.
