Robertson's role will be to create a visible strategic proactive HR team and to drive efficiency by removing bureaucracy. Robertson has already been on a tour of branches to meet staff and get a feel for how the organisation operates. Her priorities for the next six months include increased communication - both externally and internally - a system data cleanse, development of a suite of policies; and a new performance management process.
