Day has left her role as HR manager at chemical firm Ineos to join the care home provider. Prior to her role at Ineos, Day was a member of the HR team at pharmaceuticals company Quintiles. She has experience across a number of sectors, including healthcare, pharmaceuticals and oil, and has worked with both large, multi-national organisations and small, start-up companies.
