The competition offers prizes of £2,000 each for winners in the UK, Asia Pacific, Ireland and North America regions.
The theme for submissions is ‘the human aspects of the future of work’; the aim is to encourage papers that offer an innovative approach and perspective on established ways of thinking.
Roffey Park CEO Robert Coles said: “We’re looking for provocative, open-minded and alternative views as to what organisations should be doing in the future, [so] ideas that are not in the current paradigm”. He urged entrants to: “Provoke us, educate us, entertain us!”
