Tansey (pictured) was previously HRD at Dairy Crest, the food manufacturer, for almost six years. While there, he was responsible for a number of areas, including training and development, developing shared services and succession planning.
Prior to Dairy Crest, he held similar positions at Travis Perkins, Celesio and Wickes.
