Pearse's new role covers Europe, Asia, North America, Latin America, the Caribbean and Canada for RBC Wealth Management, which is part of Royal Bank of Canada. Pearse, who is based in RBC Wealth Management's Jersey office, was previously head of HR at RBC Wealth Management in the UK. He will join RBC Wealth Management's international executive committee.
