His remit will include developing and implementing HR strategies, policies and procedures covering recruitment, performance, reward and structure. Clemson was most recently HRD at Credit Suisse. There he held a variety of roles across the EMEA region for the investment bank, private bank and the asset management function. He will be based in London.
