This will be the 20th anniversary of the coveted awards, so expect glamour, excitement and perhaps some surprises. Held in the stunning function rooms of the Hilton Park Lane, the HR Excellence Awards recognise organisations and individuals pushing the boundaries of people strategy.

Last year, the event attracted a record number of HR professionals, proving the significant value the HR profession places on these awards.
Previous winners include LOROL's Alison Bell, for HR practitioner of the year, HSBC for most effective internal communications strategy, and Hastings Direct for most effective recruitment strategy.
This year there is also a brand new category – the Diversity and Inclusion award. Additionally there are categories for outstanding individuals: HR practitioner of the year and HR young talent of the year.
