Integrated payroll system for Pennine Care NHS Trust

Pennine Care NHS Trust is to implement an integrated payroll system to reduce costs over the next three years.

The organisation, in association with ICS Computing, will provide a configured and user-friendly payroll system for its 3,500 employees. It will fit in with the Trust's existing electronic staff record and has been developed for adaptation in the future.

Gillian Cox, project lead of Pennine Care, said: "One of our strategic goals is to ensure we offer staff a great place to work and our approach to HR and payroll management is a key part of that.  

"The nature of our organisation demands a system that can manage change effectively so we required a tailor-made service that can adapt to our requirements over time. We look forward to improvements year on year."
