Through a mixture of panel sessions, interactive discussion, interviews and debates, delegates will learn from HR practitioners from award-winning organisations and leading academics in their field. Each talk will end with three essential pieces of advice to take back to your organisation – 50 pieces of advice in total.
All delegates will receive an e-book in advance, containing case studies from all the organisations featured.
After the event, all can become part of the HR Talks community and continue the discussion through a dedicated social space and have access to extra resources, including whitepapers.
The event includes a collaborative workshop on how to develop a culture of innovation, facilitated by Dr Benjamin Reid from the Big Innovation Centre at the Work Foundation. It will also feature Adrian Furnham, professor of psychology at University College London, one of HR magazine's HR Most Influential Thinkers 2012.
