Hope-Hailey, who is ranked the seventh Most Influential UK Thinker in the 2014 HR Most Influential rankings, will be joined by Abi Bracken, head of HR business partners at O2 and Melody Moore, management consultant at Hay Group, which is supporting the HR Lunchtime Debate.
The panel will discuss topics such as the competencies and behaviours needed for leaders in the future, identifying and nurturing future leaders, driving behavioural change and the role of technology in driving change.
The HR Lunchtime Debate will be broadcast live at 13.00 GMT on Thursday 27 November from a central London studio. Viewers can submit their questions to our panel and take part in live interactive research. The results will be published in a future issue of HR magazine.
