The firm launched a campaign this year to encourage staff engage with their defined contribution group personal pension. Employees across the company were invited to roadshows where they were educated in the importance of contributing to their pension pot in what the firm branded Helping Hand.
Beachcroft's provider, Thomsons Online Benefits, was also on hand to speak to staff about tax implications and investment options.
Staff were also given the opportunity to attend one-to-one sessions to learn how to use the firm's online system for signing up to a pension arrangement.
Beachcroft has had a flexible benefits scheme in place since 2007, of which the pension scheme is a part. The next step for the firm will be to incorporate holiday trading and absence management schemes into the platform.
Phil Cousins, Beachcroft's HRD, said: "Introducing flexible benefits was so pivotal for our culture; it even drove a flexible working initiative. [The scheme] is part of an ongoing strategy to make Beachcroft an employer of choice that supports family life. Our Helping Hand pension event was yet another step in that journey."
