Best Doctors, which specialises in giving people specialist medical advice, has entered the flexible benefits market, allowing staff to use their flexible benefits allowences to receive up-to-date medical knowledge for themselves as well as their partners, children and parents.
Steve Haynes, UK business manager at Best Doctors, said: "In offering staff the Best Doctors option in their flexible benefits package, employers are providing staff with an independent and comprehensive assessment of their condition by a consultant, should they be diagnosed with a serious or worrying condition. The consultant's report is sent directly to them and this could improve recovery times."
