Ashridge Business School's CEO on innovative thinking in 2014

Ashridge Business School's, CEO, Kai Peters hopes that in 2014 there will be more fresh and innovative thinking from UK-based HR thinkers.

Peters, who was on the panel of judges for this year's HR Most Influential awards, said that although there were people in HR innovating, he "would like to see more of them".

"What [the judges] were trying to establish this year was if there was something new and innovative that we hadn't heard before to really move things along," he said.

"How do we move from thinking in the 20th century to the 21st century? How do we increasingly think about a knowledge space, about innovation, globalisation, and the diversity topic?"
