The supply chain provider launched the programme in September 2007 in association with Edexcel to train all its drivers up to Driving Goods Vehicles NVQ level 3.
Chief executive Graeme McFaull said: "To see over 2,000 of our drivers gain this accreditation is an immense achievement and testament to how strong our commitment is to offering our people the chance to develop and grow their skill set. The complexities of a driver's job cannot be stated enough and to provide them with this level of support not only benefits Wincanton as a company but also its customers and the general public."

More than 2,000 members of staff at Wincanton have completed level 3 NVQ qualifications.
