Join Rebecca Barnett, director of acquisition for The Access Group technology business, as she delves into how Dianne Hoodless, head of group compensation and benefits for the retail business TFG Group, designed and delivered an employee benefits programme that boosts retention, improves wellbeing, and delivers measurable business value.
Catherine Bennett, general manager for Access Engage – The Access Group’s employee benefits and engagement software – completes the expert panel, offering insights from a technology provider perspective.
“We actually achieved a cost saving by deep diving into benefits we already had,” Hoodless explained in this video episode. “Employees like to see what’s new, and what’s upcoming, but you’ve also got to remember the good stuff that’s already there.”
Bennett added: “If your benefits are hidden, you won’t get the adoption that they could potentially achieve.” She then emphasised the importance of communication: “You’re never going to be able to communicate all of the benefits that you have on offer, in one month. So it's really important that there's a campaign of communications.”
