The MERIT UK Summit will gather top HR professionals and C-level executives, as well as representatives from Europe’s premier executive education programmes, in Manchester on Wednesday 13 November.
The day will kick off with a keynote by Jeremie Brecheisen of Gallup, who will describe the intrapreneurial behaviours that predict agile outcomes.
Corporate case studies will be presented by L&D leaders Addie van Rooij of HPE, Michael Gower of PMI, Agnieszka Kral of ING, and Alan Whiteside of Syngenta.
ESADE Business School’s Guillermo Cisneros will lead a masterclass based on his experience as CLO at Santander.
During the event’s unconference attendees can launch their own discussion session and exchange with fellow participants about shared issues and experiences.
Finally, Ginette Oliver from Rising Vibe will deliver the closing keynote speech to explore how emotional wellbeing drives intrapreneurship.
The summit will be chaired by Ben Whitter, one of the top 30 HR influencers in the UK in 2017 and 2018.
