Are your job adverts putting off applicants?

Are you ready to hire the top talent in 2020? Well you'll need to understand how to write a winning job advert first. After all, this is the first insight a candidate will have of your company and one in five job hunters say they don't apply for roles if the job description isn't clear.

It all starts by sticking to a clear structure. You'll need to include the job title, salary, location, an introduction to your business, an overview of the role and responsibilities and the key requirements (qualifications and skills).

Always ensure there's a clear call to action and be sure to sell your company as much as possible. The market is competitive; and good candidates have a choice.
