With over 20 years’ experience, gained in a variety of roles, in diverse organisations, Bridger came to this field via a more unconventional route, previously lecturing in psychology, her specialist area being behaviour change. Combining this understanding with practical business experience, and an MBA, Bridger has demonstrated how organisations can achieve their goals, and create a competitive advantage, by focusing on experience and engagement.
Bridger has designed a range of employee engagement and EX courses, for the CIPD and others, as well as contributing to, and being published in the UK Government Review - Engage for Success. She now advises the government taskforce on engagement as part of the “Guru Group”. Bridger is also a regular conference speaker and case studies detailing her work have been published in industry journals.
Her first book, now in its second edition, focuses on developing employee engagement and is a 5-star rated read on Amazon. Her second title, Employee Experience by Design, was recently published by Kogan Page and is already getting great feedback.
