Osborn joined ITV as human resources director of ITV Studios in May 2011.
He has had over 20 years' HR experience, gained both here in the UK as well as internationally while working at a variety of businesses including Vodafone, Visa Europe and Marks & Spencer.
In October 2014 Osborn was promoted to group HRD and is now responsible for delivering the people strategy for ITV around the world.
