Dan Flint started in HR at Tate and Lyle Sugars before joining Accenture, becoming the consultancy company’s HR director from 2006-2010. At Simmons & Simmons, which he joined in 2011, he has co-led a global ERP implementation among other things.
He graduated from the University of Oxford with a BA (Hons) in chemistry, and is a graduate member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development. He is on the Government’s School Teachers’ Review Body, which makes recommendations on pay and works to raise the status of the profession and improve standards.
