Previously he was head of employee relations at BAA Airports. Kingsley has more than 30 years’ experience in HR, having led the function in a range of companies in the manufacturing and service sectors.
From 2000 to 2005 he was head of HR at Manpower UK, and prior to that he was director of human resources at Capitol Group (1997 to 1999).
Kingsley's specialties are employee relations, industrial relations, employment law, TUPE, change management, and generalist HR management.
He has a Bachelor's degree in law from the University of Leicester.
