Previously she was head of business operations at Allianz Capital Partners in London, where her role included human resources, operations and compliance.
Earlier in her career Gawarecka-Green worked with executive search, management assessment and talent development at Kom Ferry International and Accenture.
She has an MSc in psychology from the Warsaw School of Social Sciences and Humanities and a diploma in investment compliance.
