Hoffman has end-to-end responsibility for the articulation and delivery of a clear people strategy for Landsec, including talent, reward, organisational design and engagement.
He has extensive prior experience in HR. He was previously group HR director at Computacenter, the IT infrastructure services business, where he was responsible for a large, complex and diverse workforce. In addition he has held senior HR roles at the Legal Services Commission and Volkswagen where he was also head of IT operations.
Hoffman is a trustee of the Royal Photographic Society and a non-executive director for international charity Sightsavers.
