Who gets your vote for HR Most Influential 2013?

HR magazine has unveiled the list for HR Most Influential 2013 and now invites readers to take part in the ranking process.

We want to know who you regard as influential and why. Who do you think is challenging conventional thinking, who commands the respect of peers and key stakeholders and who is bringing credibility to HR both inside and outside the business?

Head to the list now and tell us who gets your vote for HR Most Influential 2013.

The HR Most Influential ranking, now in its eighth year, is an in-depth examination of both the most influential HR practitioners from the private, public and voluntary sectors, and also the top thinkers and academics from the HR field, nationally and internationally.

A panel of expert judges comprising former HR directors, headhunters and academics draws up the shortlist.

For HR practitioners, the criteria includes personal influence, practical relevance, influence in the past year and commercial and service impact. For thinkers, criteria such as accessibility of ideas, practical relevance and originality are considered.

The more people who respond to the survey, for which Ashridge Business School is the official research partner, the more accurate the picture will be, so we do hope you will help us. We know not everyone will agree with the names on the 2013 list, so our methodology allows you to nominate other names you believe we should consider.

The ranking will be unveiled at a ceremony at Claridge's in London on 16 September 2013. For your chance to attend this invitation-only event, the most prestigious in the HR calendar, and to network with the most influential HR directors and academics in HR, please fill in this survey and send it back to us. We will pick three lucky winners out of the hat who will join us on the night. There also is an opportunity to win an iPad.

For the first time HR magazine will also be recognising the most influential people in different sectors and those who the panel regarded as up and coming. These people do not appear on the final all-sector shortlist but the names will be unveiled at the ceremony and in a special free supplement, available to download in HR's app, which launches soon.

The survey will take approximately 15 minutes to complete and we would be really grateful for your responses.

The deadline is 17 August 2013.
