People change career change in their 30s or 40s

Staff tend to look for a change in career direction in their 30s and 40s, according to the College of Naturopathic Medicine.

The college has reported that three quarters of its students have embarked on a course in order to forge a new career path.

Hermann Keppler, principal of the College of Naturopathic Medicine, said: "The notion that your job is for life went out of fashion a long time ago, and if you're unhappy at work or harbouring an ambition, we run plenty of adult education classes to get you the skills and qualifications necessary to start that great career."
