Nominations open for HR Most Influential 2013

HR magazine would like to hear who you think has been the most influential person in the field of people strategy over the past 12 months.

The HR Most Influential ranking is the definitive list of influential practitioners and thinkers. Now in its eighth year, the list features the people whose ideas and actions are shaping HR in both the UK and globally.

Every year HR magazine compiles the HR Most Influential ranking: of directors and thinkers who have the greatest influence in the field of people strategy.

A shortlist will be developed and circulated to 12,000 HR directors for ranking. The full list will be unveiled at a prestigious event in September.

We now want to know who has influenced you the most during 2012/13. Who are the most influential HR directors in these sectors:

  • Retail
  • Hospitality
  • Manufacturing
  • Professional services (legal/consultancy)
  • Public sector
  • Banking/financial and insurance
  • IT/hi-tech services
  • Print/media/publishing
  • Third sector/not-for-profit
  • Pharmaceuticals
  • Construction
  • Transport and distribution
  • Utilities
  • Oil and gas/mining
  • Small business

Plus, which academics have had an impact on your thinking and practice? And which consultants are leading the way?

Please send your nomination, with a short statement on why you are nominating that person/people, and your own name and position to HR magazine editor Sian Harrington: sian.harrington@markallengroup.com

All nominations will be confidential. Only nominations from named people will be counted.
