Each year the HR magazine team sits down at the end of an exhausting, but incredibly inspiring, day of HR Excellence Awards judging and marvels at the calibre of entries coming our way. Also a theme of each year's debrief though is a slight frustration at some of the entries.
There's nothing worse than sensing someone had a brilliant strategy to showcase, but that its presentation didn't quite do it justice, or that it perhaps should have been entered in a different category, or a year down the line...
So in response we've put together a guide to entering a truly impactful submission – everything you need to know, from what our expert judges look for, to deciding what goes in the main body of the entry and what in the supporting evidence...
