This is a newly-created senior management position at the society and is part of the company's ongoing commitment to developing the potential of staff. Bridge will be responsible for developing staff potential and motivation. He joins Wesleyan from Toyota Motor Manufacturing where he worked for more than 18 years in a number of roles, most recently as HR and corporate affairs director.
