He has a wealth of experience across a number of industries spanning manufacturing, financial services, resources and engineering; having previously worked for Chemring, British Gas, Centrica, Ford Motor Company and BAE Systems.
Since joining Spirax-Sarco Engineering Devine has transformed the HR function and has actively encouraged the business to consider the people agenda a key enabler of corporate strategy. Employee engagement has been established as the ‘North Star’ with the focus being on creating an inclusive values-based culture that is orientated for performance.
