She is a highly experienced commercial people director and has had an extensive career in retail and HR leadership. Feltham has previously held appointments as the HR director for Topshop and at Marks & Spencer, Jack Wills and Woolworths South Africa. She has also spent time in executive search with Odgers Berndtson, covering senior appointments across both public and private sectors.
Feltham has served as a non-executive director of an NHS Trust, a justice of the peace and is a board member and trustee of The Retail Trust. She serves as an independent advisor for the National Assembly of Wales, where she chairs the remuneration committee.
